Paediatric First Aid

This is one of our most popular courses and we have for many years now worked with a number of London local authorities delivering these courses to a variety of childcare settings.

There is no official body accrediting the delivery of paediatric first aid in the UK since the NCMA ceased it's governing of childcare first aid a number of years ago. The most appropriate method of accreditation is currently that the local authority has approved a particular company by ensuring that they meet certain criteria set down by Ofsted and the authority themselves.Paediatric First AId

ABC Aid are approved suppliers of paediatric first aid for five different local authorities and have professional memberships from a number of national first aid governing bodies, one of these FOFATO have recognised ABC Aid as having met the standard required for delivery of paediatric courses.

The paediatric course is held over two days or twelve hours and designed for anyone working with people aged from birth to adulthood. The sessions are as practical as we can make them to ensure candidates feel confident in their life saving abilities.

Whether it's the first time you've been on the course or not we are sure you will leave feeling you have really learned something positive.
